If you have experience working with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or other bidding portals and excel in building client relationships, we want you on our team! Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in selling software development services or IT solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Use cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research to identify potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Online Bidding: Handle the complete cycle of bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer—proposal creation, submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Profile Optimization: Maintain and enhance profiles on online bidding platforms for better visibility and credibility.
  • Proposal Writing: Create tailored proposals that showcase our technical expertise and meet client needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with software developers, project managers, and marketing teams to align client needs with company goals.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and bidding dynamics to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven Success: At least 2 years of experience in IT sales, specifically selling software development services or related IT solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development technologies, methodologies, and trends.
  • Bidding Experience: Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms for managing proposals and client acquisition.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • CRM Expertise: Experience using CRM software for lead management and tracking project progress.
  • Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
