Who we are

Silex Softwares Pvt. Ltd. builds and supports custom software platforms. For anything in this policy you can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Contact and assessment forms: your name, company, work email, phone number if you give one, the topic you choose and the message you write.
• Careers form: your name, email, the role you are interested in, a link you share and what you tell us about your work.
• Field note subscription: your email address.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no advertising or social-media trackers. The only third party involved in serving the page is Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to assess a job application, or to send the monthly field note you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Silex except where a service we use to deliver email requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months. Subscription addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the footer of any field note.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS. We restrict access to enquiry data to the people who need it to reply to you.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
