Build software people still run in twenty years.
We're a small, senior team that builds platforms our clients own and then runs them for the better part of two decades - B2B commerce, vacation-rental, retail, and mission-critical systems for airports, banks and railways. If you want to own your work end to end and see it matter, you'll fit here.

Why build here
Why engineers stay.
Build it, run it
You take it from first commit to years in production. No handing it off, no wall between building and running.
Senior team, no anonymous pool
~15 people. Your work is visible, and you learn directly from people who've run systems for 15+ years.
Real stakes
Airports, fuel terminals, banks, 8,000-property platforms. Software that genuinely can't go down.
Depth, and AI for real
Work across the full stack, and ship AI agents that run in production - not slideware.
How we work
Small, senior, low-process.
Small & senior
Flat team, high trust, low process. You'll talk to the people who decide.
Craft over churn
We build to last and stay to support - quality is the point, not ticket velocity.
Modern stack
.NET / ASP.NET, Flutter & mobile, front-end, SQL, and AI tooling in daily use.
Open roles

These are the roles we're hiring for now. We also hire when the right person comes along, so an open application is always worth sending.
